No Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request cancellations and refunds for our courses and services.

1. Course Enrollment & Payment

  • • Once you enroll in a course, you gain access to premium content, resources, and support.
  • • Payments made at the time of enrollment are processed securely in compliance with ELVDRIVE SCOOTER LLP financial policies.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day Refund Window under the following conditions:

  • • A refund request must be raised within 7 days of enrollment.
  • • Refunds will only be granted if the request is submitted within this timeframe.
  • • After 7 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • • If you have already completed a substantial portion of the course.
  • • Failure to use or access the course after enrollment.
  • • Technical issues arising due to your personal device, internet, or third-party software.

4. Refund Process

  • • To request a refund, you must contact our support team at Info@thinkwht.in.
  • • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • • Refunds are subject to deductions for payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable).

5. Course Cancellations

  • • ThinkWht reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • • In such cases, learners will be offered either:
  • • A full refund, or
  • • Transfer of enrollment to another course.
